Club members participate in international and district programs, and also undertake local service and advocacy activities in their communities.

Zonta International District 23 projects include educational awards; advocating for gender equality and ending violence against women; supporting the delivery of mental health first aid courses; assembling birthing kits; and making breast care cushions for women and men recovering from breast surgery.
