We want meetings to be accessible to all members worldwide – so that wherever you live on our globe, you can attend some meetings during the day, not too early in the morning or late at night. We propose to rotate the meeting times so that every third month, we hold meetings at noon (see map): A. In North and South America At UTC -6 hours in January, April, July, and October B.
